We find the actual cause before quoting a fix. Replacing hardware to solve a configuration problem is how trust gets lost.
Home / About
Parikshit Technology exists because the businesses we work with were tired of managing three suppliers who each blamed the other two.
We started where most technology businesses start — fixing machines that other people had sold badly. It taught us something that shaped everything since: the failure is almost never in one place. A slow system is a network problem. A crashing application is a memory problem. A "software bug" is a machine running out of disk.
So we stopped picking a lane. Today we write the software, specify and build the hardware it runs on, and support both. When something goes wrong, there's nobody to escalate to — it's us.
We're deliberately not the cheapest. We are the option where the quote you signed is the invoice you get, and the person who set your system up still answers the phone two years later.
If you don't need the upgrade, we'll say so. A smaller honest invoice beats a client who never comes back.
Specs, credentials, asset registers and network diagrams belong to you — handed over, not held hostage.
We quote dates we believe, and tell you early when something slips. No silence until the deadline.
Most of our work comes from clients we've supported for years, and the people they refer.
We find the actual cause before quoting a fix. Replacing hardware to solve a configuration problem is how trust gets lost.
Serial-tracked, warranty-backed components through authorised channels. No refurbished units sold as new.
Itemised quotes with part numbers and labour separated. You can compare us line by line — we'd prefer you did.
Your code, licences, passwords and documentation stay yours. Leaving us should be easy — it's why people stay.
The same sequence whether it's a fifty-machine rollout or a single internal application.
A call or site visit to understand the operation, the pain and the budget reality. No cost, no obligation.
We look at what exists — machines, network, licences, workflows — and identify what's actually causing the problem.
Scope, deliverables, specifications, timeline and itemised cost. Including what we recommend you skip.
Software delivered in reviewable milestones; hardware assembled, tested and staged for rollout.
Installation planned around your working hours, with data migration and a briefing for the people using it.
An AMC with defined response times, plus periodic reviews so the roadmap stays ahead of the failures.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of your own setup.
